Another Great Year at the Fair

The State Fair was in mid-September and I was very happy that the judges enjoyed the labors of this past summer and early fall.

Blue Ribbons:Pepper Relish,Myer Lemon Marmelade, Peach Chutney,Peach Preserves,Mango Preserves,Asian Plum Sauce,Strawberry Preserves.

Red Ribbons:Apricot-Necterine with Ginger Conserve,Cherry Syrup,Corn Relish,Bread and Butter Pickles,Picalilli,Spiced Peaches,Fancy Pack Pickled Peppers.

White Ribbons:Peach and Necterine Conserve, Raspberry and Apricot Conserve,Apricot Preserves,Cherry Preserves.
